I really enjoyed this podcast on Dr James Cooke's Living Mirror YouTube channel: Awakening & the Bayesian brain with Shamil Chandaria. Chandaria is very good at making complex ideas in neuroscience and meditation digestible.
The main aspects I found useful were:
- A description of the Jhanas
- A description of Bayesian theory and the Free Energy Principle
- A discussion on how non-dual awareness relates to 'the real world'
